Spare PowerRibbon (Ribbon) Bond Head Assembly - Complete. For use with Heavy Wire Wedge Bonder (M360C series). The head shows no signs of usage and the rack it was pulled from shows that it's a complete replacement head for supporting customers. The head was scrapped due to K&S stopping support of legacy machines such as the Orthodyne M360 bonders.

DOES NOT INCLUDE LIGHTING ASSEMBLY. The PowerRibbon feature on M360 series bonders requires special dereeler and other add-ons that are not included in this offer - this offer of a spare bondhead is intended for customers who already have M360 wire bonders set up for ribbon bonding and need a spare bond head. Transducer 138300 - series 80kHz version.

Bond tools, ribbon guides and cutters are NOT included.
